After I installed him, I set up my printer as normal and when I painted my document, nothing showed up.... It was no name product. Basically, it was not registered with epson label.

To date the XP 15000 won’t recognize these cartridges, i’ve cleaned the strips several times to no avail.

Absolute junk. DO NOT buy these as they ARE NOT compatible. I've got a dozen cartridges that were supposed to work with an Epson XP-15000 that are worthless. Shopper+ ...let's see if you offer any kind of compensation or refund.
