I'm super disappointed in this product. I now have 2 full Y and 2 full M cartridges that the printer does not recognize. I tried to get a replacement for the first M - but the reply was that I needed to tell them what order number it was from - like they can't see the multiple times I have ordered this product - and I don't know which order it came from. Most of the products I buy here are great - and usually customer service is good - but I am really disappointed this time - I gave up after I tried to get a replacement for the first cartridge but now I'm up to 4 cartridges - there is something wrong on their end with the product and the service this time was disappointing.

Great when they work. Only about half were recognized as Epson Printer Cartridges. Do you have a process to replace the ones that did not work?

La cartouche de rouge n'est pas compatible. L'imprimante ne la détecte pas. Elle ne semble pas être faite pour cette imprimante.

Sadly, the last 2 cartridges didint work.
