I haven’t received anything from your company or no refund at all, I have contacted my credit card provider and they will take legal action if you don’t refund me my money back to my credit card provider now

One of the earbuds won't even turn on and the instructions are written in broken english.

Don’t stay in my ear. Just keep falling out. No way to adjust fit. Sound is not very good either. Very tinny.
