Thank you for the ink replacement cartridge. My husband is glad to be using his printer again so he won’t have to do it by hand from home. Once we got the address right and received it he was happy. Thank you.

Great value but one of the toners was faulty and company doesn't accept returns on open items. The question is: how do you know if you the product is working properly unless you open it?
