Great value but one of the toners was faulty and company doesn't accept returns on open items. The question is: how do you know if you the product is working properly unless you open it?

I didn’t receive it. So I can’t rate it.

I'm sure this is an exceptional situation but neither cartridge received printed properly. Despite the best efforts of their support agent, Luna, they did not work. Shopper+ attention to my issue was great and I'm pleased to say they refunded me in full. (Note - I purchased toner elsewhere as it was urgent..and it worked perfectly, so definitely not a device issue.)

The toner is not clean when it prints. It spreads on the paper and makes it look messy. Better off with original toner from hp
