Good idea, but... I am an average hight of 5’4” and when I’m sitting on this massage chair, I have the neck shiatsu part of it on my head behind my ears (?!). In order to use the neck shiatsu one would need to have a very tall torso. Useless for me, very difficult to use for my husband who is over 6’ and has to stretch his neck up all the way to reach the working parts! Very top heavy, very difficult to handle, nothing to catch it by. Extremely strange bad design.
