great quality massage chair, the back massage function is a bit soft compared to other brands but at this price this is very good value for money. Item arrived 2 weeks after the order was placed (late shipping) but customer service was helpful and they called informing the package was lost in transit and they would sending a new one.

Strong massage, would be better if you can adjust intensity. Ideal for a taller person; I have to sit on a cushion for better effect.

I love it but I am short and found the neck massagers a bit too high even in the lowest setting. Sitting on a pillow fixed this issue for me.

Doesn't replace human hands (of course) but if you don't have any of those available, it's an economical option. So good on my lower back... ahhhhhh. Obviously it's not going to compete with thousand-dollar+ massage chairs but it's decent for what it does. I overdid it the first time I used it and actually bruised my back so take it easy while you're getting used to it.
