Overall good look of a chair, smooth, sleek and sturdy. The feeling for me is just a bit too stiff, not so friendly to people with wider hips, i guess that is where the flip up arm rest come in handy. The head rest is comfortable but does not have much of a adjustment. the chrome legs give more of a modern look to them.

Tight shoulders after sitting in this chair for a month and a half. Needs more upper back support (The mesh angles backward).

The chair was very good when it first arrived, however after using it for only a couple of days the bottom shaft has come lose and now if I lean in any direction the chair follows unlike when it first arrived. In addition it also makes a SUPER loud metal on metal screeching sound when ever this happens which I find to be quite unpleasant.
