Looks nice, and installs easy. Problem - extremely low pressure rendering it pretty useless. I tried emailing support asking for any advice to improve, and they responded that I was outside of warranty - tough luck. I wasn't asking for a replacement, just maybe a little support for the product. Avoid if you like pressure for washing/rinsing, and takes forever to fill pots for boiling..

After few months, the sprinkler function stopped working. Now water just dribbles. Not very satisfied with the quality

Déçu. Le métal a décoloré sur une partie du robinet la première semaine (il a viré au cuivre, et c’est pas super esthétique).

The faucet itself is almost okay. We've had it for just over two months, and at first, it seemed great. At the very least, it looked great. Then the handle started drooping down by itself. It wasn't tragic. We just kept putting it back in place. Then it started to make a high pitched squealing sound. Right now, that sound is filling my house while my kid is washing the dishes. I'll have to find a new faucet soon, or sacrifice my sanity for this one.
