I would never purchase anything from shopperplus. I never received the item but UPS tracking says they delivered it. Shopperplus is NOT helping at all. It has been 10 days that I am waiting for an answer. Big time regret.

Looking at what others have been posting.. the flow rate of the water on this unit is really bad.. I should have checked other comments before buying.. I mean the faucet looks nice and all, but it's hard to properly clean up you sink when the flow rate is soo poor. I don't often give bad reviews, but wanted to share my thoughts on this one.

horrible experience buying this, DONT BUY just because this is cheap - I brought one and asked a technician came for installation and turns out this poor-quality faucet is leaking. I have to pay the technician extra fee because we cant have this installed on. I purchased another faucets from home depot which is $200 and its works perfectly fine. and the customer service refuse to take responsibility for their horrible product which leaks from the first day of unboxing.

The faucet water flow is keep getting reduced over time. It's now taking 1 minutes to fill water for a 1.7L kettle. 1 year warranty is just to short for hardware like this.

Only last 2 years, it’s making a high pitched noise now very annoying

Buyer Beware: After about 14.5 months of installing: parts of the sprayer head came out while water was running. It lasted just long enough to pass the 1 year warranty. Now when using it it sprays uncontrolled all over the place splashing onto the counter, user all around.
