Espresso Machine, Coffee Maker, 15-Bar Pump, Steam Wand - LIVINGbasics®
For the price this machine is absurd. Get it! And the support is good too. Once you are comfortable using it pairing it with a good and cheap conical burr grinder will allow you to use your own beans at will, and buying a new 51 mm portafilter basket will take the training wheels off for your skill. I've been using it as our primary daily coffee maker for a year and a half. The first one I received did not successfully pump water. I sent a video of it running for 30 seconds with nothing happening and the support people sent me a new one and told me to responsibly recycle the first one. So spare parts and a working espresso maker! Attached picture is from tearing down the original to condense the space it takes up. Nothing poor in the design or parts I could see. Just thousands of tiny screws of many time many sizes - I can see why no one would want to repair it as it is not worth the effort. I, like some other reviewers, found myself reading the English manual and wondering if the French was better or worse and then flipping back-and-forth. I think the French manual was written better in that the sentences are better structured, but some of the word choice is bizarre. I recall the steam wand was translated as baguette. Better than an 80s VCR manual but obviously not much money spent on the translation. The only issue I have had was that suddenly the portafilter (coffee basket and handle) would overflow when under pressure for more than 20 seconds. The answer is there are 2 buttons and two dial positions - and the button for espresso/steam was set to steam - entirely my fault and in the manual, but after 2 months of use I forgot. Recommendations on use - brew one espresso empty at the start (warm up the machine internals), and one at the end (clean the basket and water injector). So for two espressos you brew one empty, two with coffee, one empty, and for one espresso it would be one empty, one coffee, one empty. Don't remove the water tank needlessly and just top it up with a jug of water so that you don't get leaks forming at the base or wearing out the seal. Fully wash the reservoir at least every two weeks to prevent a biofilm from occurring. A two shot 51 mm portafilter basket can be added by removing the one screw on the inside of the provided handle as it no longer needs to be pressurised, but be prepared to start learning that each coffee you use needs a different weight of beans and tamping. We have legendarily hard water and haven't needed to use descaling tablets on the boiler yet, but take that with a grain of salt as I have a spare boiler so I have lower risks of not having coffee. And Shopper+ should source a cheap conical burr grinder and optional non-presurized baskets for those weirdos like me who want a difficult to use machine for slightly better coffee and ability to play and learn.

Amazing product, easy to use, I ma loving it.
I used it a total of 10 times and the steam nozzle no longer works. No steam or water will come out of the nozzle. I expected a better quality product, but to break after only a few uses is very disappointing.
nice little machine, compact and efficient. easy to clean and most importantly, it makes a great cup of coffee.
Love this little machine. I have been using this for a few months now and it is my daily go to for Americano. It also makes great Espresso. The Steam wand/frother is an excellent feature on this machine. Everything is easily removable and easy to clean. Highly recommended. Great for the price
