Bought this but has to return as the one that I got is defective.

This product looked amazing on the website, but did not work as advertised. The centre console leaked and sprayed boiling water and the frother did not froth the milk as advertised for at least 30-45 seconds (even after that, was weak froth). I called Shopper+ to return and they asked me to pay a 10-30% restocking fee, which is unacceptable. I would stay away from this product!

Received well packaged and was delighted to see a very well built solid stainless steel machine. However, on plugging in the machine and trying every combination of buttons and knobs, the pump delivered no water through either of the portafilter or steam wand. I received a return shipping label and hope to get a replacement soon.

Figured it was worth the risk, but honestly a very poor machine. You get what you pay for. Generally I am very happy with my purchases from Shopper+ but this was a miss.

Mixed feelings about this machine. The coffee came out very hot but it didn’t stop, if you weren’t watching it, it’d overflow. I’d give it 5 stars if there was an auto stop. Small, compact machine, perfect for a small family.
