The product works fairly well . My biggest complaint is having to hold down the button the entire time in order to use it and when you bending it to clean this causes quite a bit of strain in the neck and back. The cord is also quite short which is frustrating

It works fine, but there is a distinct plastic smell that comes from the steamer when its heated. Not sure that's so healthy.....

mostly a gimmick imho, cleaning windows eg. it gets so wet, it's more of a hassle. cleaning tile is ok but if large area then it's so time consuming.
