              I have been using this toner for years and never have had a problem with them. Make sure that you don't let them get stale dated as the chip in these is powered by a small battery that can die if getting to old. I had a couple of toners not work when installed that were well over two years old, googled the problem and found out about the batteries. I replaced the batteries and the toners worked.
