The first time we changed the black toner the moustache replacement with chip did not work. Customer Support was excellent. After a few tests and photos to them they sent out a replacement cartridge no charge and it worked perfectly. Hope the other colors will all work when we need to replace them.

bon prix et produit reconnu immédiatement par l'imprimante mais pas convaincu du nombre estimé de page possible d'imprimé.
