Suite à un défaut avec les écouteurs que j’avais acheté il y avait moins d’un mois. J’ai contacté le service clientèle pour les informer du problème et aussitôt ils m’en ont renvoyé une nouvelle paire sans frais... Un produit défectueux peut arrivé à n’importe qui, peut importe la compagnie avec laquelle on fait affaire, mais je remercie sincèrement le service de cette compagnie, à chaque fois ils m’ont répondu au delà de mes attentes. Je recommande ce magasin à tous le monde 😁👍 Merci encore !!!

Got these (wired) headphones to use with my smartphone (RCA). Easy to wear & lightweight to conveniently take along as primary or backup headphones. I simultaneously bought a set of wireless bluetooth headphones made by the same company that made these wired headphones. All work well. Both pairs come with various sizes of earbud coverings so they can feel comfortable in whatever size of ears into which they are put. A small fabric carrybag was included with the wireless headphones, but I store these wired headphones in that bag & tote them with me in a loose pocket or shoulder bag for whenever I need them away from home. Wired headphones are also handy to use as an antennae to have free-radio access with any smartphone into which they fit. Students and economizers will likely ENJOY the good deal on the price and quality of these wired headphones.

It's nice and works as intended, but some sort of silicone lining around the middle would be better to prevent the earbuds from nicks when tossing and turning in your bag.

These don't do anything. The cords keep unwrapping from the ring so this is a waste of money.

Must have for wired head phones... Bought 4 for whole family.
