The product is definitely worth the Money! The hand held shower head connection is plastic but everything else looks really good quality wise. I am only giving it a 4/5 since the display was upside down installed by the manufacturer, but with carefully detaching the plastic holders of the display with a small screwdriver I was able to turn it myself without breaking it. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

Love this shower panel. Easily replaced an older shower panel. My family loves the extra features, lights, digital temperature read out, and timer. Will definitely be purchasing another unit for my en-suite.
