JUST DO NOT BUY IT , Its a cheap plastic material, I put it up and its leaking from all the joints, do not go with it.

LED lights not working after 2 months of use

I purchased this shower panel because i was just diagnosed with a rare genetic desiese that affects my heart and shuts it down when any part of my body becomes cold and in the details and pictures it easy installation no need for a plumber and I am a single mother therefore expenses matter. Well I was conned because the details that weren't facts . first of all I had to hire a plumber and for two licenced plumber it took them from 10 am till 4h24 pm to install , and it cost me 980.00$$$$% does that sound like an easy installation with no plumbers needed to you ? NOPE. And to make a bad situation even worse the plumbers have to come back because the elbows are diffective and leaking therefore the installation could not be completed . I called and asked if I would be able to return the panel and they said I would have to pay a restocking fee. I couldn't Beleive what I was hearing . so now I am out the price of the shower panel. plus 890 dollars for.the plumbers and I am. left with a leaking defective shower panel. and now.a can't get ahold of a customer service agent . thanks alot. I placed the order on June 3rd since then I did several follow ups as I did receive it yet (June 15th). I phoned the customer service twice and in each time I was places on hold for more than 90 minutes without getting any help. The package was shipped by Canpar that I phoned but unfortunately no one knows where is the Package. Very bad experience.

its not a good product only works for 3 month then start giving problum dont buy
