Very pleased with the product. It arrive as promised. The packaging of the individual cartridges is vaccum packed and should last a long time as I ordered 3 sets of ink cartridges.

It took my Brother a little while to accept the "compatible" ink cartridges but after a little persistence it finally agreed and is operating lovely !

Does not work for Brother mfc-j497dw. Tried EVERYTHING could not get it to work. Save your money & save your time. Buy the original from a trusted source. This is coming from someone who is very much so frustrated with brother and their highway robbery price for their original inks. Inks are still full, printer would not recognized ink levels, does not print or copy even when trying to surpass it.
