It doesn't work for HP DeskJet 842C printer. Very disappointed.

I am not satisfied with the quality of your products. The only color in the color cartridge is purple, and the black, just smudge. I don't know what I am going to do with them now. I am having a problem now with my printer. I'll just consider that I just wasted or lost money for nothing. I regret buying your products that are so expensive, but poor quality. Thank you.

elle n'imprime pas même après toutes les informations donnée par votre personnel et j'attend toujours une réponse de ceux-ci très déçu car j'avais déjà une de chez vous qui m'a duré plus d'une année
