we placed the order on June 14 , but it took 5 days for delivery and need to pickup from the post office. Plus even without leaving any notice for where to pickup until we called the Canada Post customer service, we did request you guys DON'T ship by Canada Post before the order had been shipped. But you guys keep ignore our request.

Items were so-so. Black cartridge was better as my printer worked fairly quickly with it, but the color one it took quite awhile to get past the error saying it wasn’t the right kind of cartridge. Then if I didn’t print for awhile (few days or week) I would again have to make it get past the error message. Finically the color cartridge seemed to dry up & would only print yellow. The red never did really print out. At some point I could only print in black but at least I could print & copy & finally I cannot anyway I try get past the error message, even for the black cartridge. So really my rating should be only 2 stars tho I had started as putting 3 stars. I just ordered a different set at a different price and only after I sent the order did I realize it was from the same company Shopper Plus so I hope I don’t have as much trouble.

Les deux cartouches 78 que j'ai reçues très rapidement par la poste, je les ai essayées toutes les deux. Avec mon imprimante HP Desjet 950C, cela fonctionnait normalement avec la dernière cartouche que j'avais achetées chez vous d'ailleurs. Les deux reçues dernièrement me donnent un rendement à dominance "rouge". Comme si la couleur jaune n'était pas là. À toute fin pratique, elles sont donc inutilisables.Je m'en trouverai donc une autre quelque part.

The cartridge did print a few good colour pictures then it started to streak the pictures in bands like strips of colour and no colour. Again I am very disappointed and will not be ordering G&G products again.

I usually have to remove the cartridge a couple of times to get all the colours working. It is the yellow or magenta that don't work. I have ordered 3 times with the same results every time.
