      Coffee was really watery. Later received an email for a product recall because of the quality of the piercer.

            I wish I can give negative star for this product... got a call from 123.ca head office the day before the incident happened but they didn't leave me a voicemail... didn't know this product is being recall due to safety concern... my mom got burned on her face and neck suffering from second degree burn after the product didn't give out any coffee for over 10 mins!!! I only knew it was recall after going on the site and read all the review!!! will not recommend..

              Unbelievable crappy customer service - I get a phone call that the item is being recalled and that a pre-paid courier slip is coming to ship it back. No pre-paid courier slip arrives. I make multiple attempts to contact the company - 800# is always busy. I try an online chat session - no response. BTW the website has a glaring English grammar error on their Returns and Refunds page "Sumit an new support ticket"
