The day after getting it, I recieved a phone call advising us to not use it anymore due to the kcups not being pierced. Pressure builds up and the lid pops open spraying water and/or steam making it a safety hazzard. Not impressed and very disappointed as it made the coffe very hot and enjoyable. Would have loved for
