Ordering was extremely easy and the administration of the account and the notification of shipment emails were helpful to confirm the order and the accuracy of it. These label tapes are almost identical packaging and product to the Brother branded ones I got from my local stationery megastore. The big difference was the astounding difference in price! Product works as intended, but came in separate packages and aren't the Brother logos and packaging. Likely fakes/alternatives but still seem to work fine.
