I found one tape broke shortly after use. I tighten the spool as per directions every time but now I am not sure how many turns is enough or if it should be done intermittently as you use it. Clarification would be appreciated as I am happy with the product overall.

Le prix est vraiment intéressant par contre après un mois d'entreposage dans un milieu sec et à température ambiante, les étiquettes se dédouble et la portion imprimée décolle. Pourtant le 12mm de la même marque utilisé pour le même type de crayon est resté intacte. C'est moins intéressant quand on veut quelque chose de durable. L'utilisation est parfaite sur les surfaces plus droites.

First cartridge failed on the second label made, second cartridge works fine - so far...

They are a good product but 2 of them not working properly producing whit e writing on black background - the tape ribbon seems defective
