I have been a customer for a long time and will continue to order from your site, but, these were the first cartridges that just would not work, the printer would not recognize them but the return worked well and I am currently awaiting my refund. I have ordered and received oem Epson parts and work great.

Tried these in my Epson, good print quality, install and initializing process worked as described on cartridges! Great Price! Would buy again? Yup
