      looks good. When I first filled the kettle and push down the bar to cook the water but it jumped off and stopped working after 20 seconds. Then I pushed it down again and it worked. So far it has not happened again in a few days use. We will see.

        This is a great product at affordable price. Compare with market price of 40+ CAD. I love the keep warm option. Just walk in and walk out for warm water anytime with no wait time in kitchen. Glass is pure form of metal for heating water and the plastic lids are BPA free.

          Kettle seemed to need a few 'extra' efforts at boiling to take away the 'plastic' smell. Otherwise it boils quietly and efficiently
