I have not yet used this Cartridge yet..... I have had one of these cartridges not function properly before. I reported it to customer service but they did nothing. I am trying one more of these products, if this one fails it will be the last of these I will purchase from you.

with this Cartridge once installed in my printer I Immediately got an error code 1430.... E05 on my Canon TS3420 Printer. This was part of my order # 41038734. It said to re--install ..... if the error persisted the Cartridge may be defective. I called customer service did not get a friendly helpful voice.The customer service person was audibly frustrated when i asked to have something repeated as I couldn't hear. Put me on hold while she went to check with a tech dept. I waited a reasonable time with no response and hung up. The experience was a very customer unfriendly contact. This will likely be the last time I place an order with your company .

1 out of the 4 I purchased either had little ink in it or it didn't fit well in the printer. The pictures & about every 4 lines of text had white lines through them. I did all the troubleshooting procedures that the printers manufacturer recommends, to no avail. When I put in another ink cartridge everything worked fine. I decided not to buy eco packs again. I was happy to see that my next order had a different manufacturers cartridges.
