Periodically give Errors on the Printer.

Watch out. They say Canada Post expedited shipping but it’s not. Canada Post got my ink on Sept 27 and say delivery is Oct 8. That is not Canada Post expedited shipping.

I have not yet used this Cartridge yet..... I have had one of these cartridges not function properly before. I reported it to customer service but they did nothing. I am trying one more of these products, if this one fails it will be the last of these I will purchase from you.

with this Cartridge once installed in my printer I Immediately got an error code 1430.... E05 on my Canon TS3420 Printer. This was part of my order # 41038734. It said to re--install ..... if the error persisted the Cartridge may be defective. I called customer service did not get a friendly helpful voice.The customer service person was audibly frustrated when i asked to have something repeated as I couldn't hear. Put me on hold while she went to check with a tech dept. I waited a reasonable time with no response and hung up. The experience was a very customer unfriendly contact. This will likely be the last time I place an order with your company .

Ça fait quelques fois que j'essaie d'imprimer des photos ou des textes et il y a la couleur magenta qui imprime pas alors ça fait des lignes verte pâle sur les photos et documents, je ne suis pas satisfaite de cette commande.

Il n'y a pas de rouge dans la cartouche couleur, les fleurs qui devraient être rouges sont jaunes quand je les imprime.
