It took more than one hour of trying to get my HP printer to accept this cartridge, a continuing problem with HP products. Despite Shoppers+ attempts to get around this corporate interference, the issue still affects a number of replacement cartridges. In this case, when I finally got it to work through trial and error, the results were good.

Bonsoir, La cartouche noire était défectueuse. Mon imprimante n’arrivait pas à la reconnaître une fois installée. Comme elle est inutilisable,j’aimerais bien en avoir une autre en échange. Je suis une cliente chez vous. Merci beaucoup pour le suivi que vous allez effectuer!

Usually great but in this order, one was defective and did not function. However, this is unusual as most worked in the past.
