So I bought this Android box to convert my TV into a 'smart' TV but this is the worst Android box I have ever used. It is so slow, lagging, and the remote is junk. I just wasted $35 and I should get a refund. It is so useless that I thought I could just air screen from my phone but the OS on the box is so old that it gave me an error on both of my Samsung and Iphone stating that the targeted box is out dated. I tried to update the Android box to the latest and the latest update is I believe from 2017 0r 2018.

Tried it out but it doesn't scroll through Netflix. Can't select anything to watch. It's also not the fastest thing, but I just didn't know what to expect I guess. I would not recommend this model at all. Maybe the other ones are better? I'll see if I want to try again in the future.

The product itself is ok. But the people here at primecables starting to anniy me. I am a good customer for years now, I never complain or return a product even it I don't like it unless it is broken. Now they sent me a used item, not only used, it is broken doesn't turn on, missing accessories, remote control has a used battery inside. So, I complained through their complained link on their website. I never get a reply from them not until I made a follow-up, telling me to return the item first before they will send me a replacement, asking me to bring it to the canadapost outlet. What an in-convenience. They have the resources to pick it up and bring the replacement since they have their own SP express truck that delivers the goods. Now this covid virus is always around the corner, they want me to expose myself to it. Please you can do better than this primecbales.

I received a used item. The package has no hdmi cable and the remote control has 2 batteries in it, which is supposed to be nice for a free battery, but it show that it was a used item. Anyways, I haven't received a replacement yet, hopefully they will send me a replacement.

Smelled like burned plastic after a few minutes, was hoping it would subside, then the whole thing stopped working. probably just a faulty unit.
