I bought these to use on a humanitarian trip to Liberia where my team needed to be able to print off materials essential for our goals. The printer and the ink worked superbly and I am more than happy with the results. I will send more ink on the next trip and use it here in North America in the meantime. Thank. you.

I am always suspicious about ink cartridges, other than brand. Usually the printer has a problem accepting cartridges that are not original. But these were great and the only complaint from my hp envy printer was that the cartridges were "used". Love the fact that these were half the price of original brand! I will be buying from your company in the future! Great service! Fast shipping!

when i went to put the ink in it kept telling m to take it out and put back in i did that 3 times and did not work.When i checked the ink level it said there was no ink in the color. black was fine.
