Normally I have great experiences with Moustache products, and 123ink.ca in general. However with this product, my printer will no longer recognize the colour cartridge. The cartridge was installed 21 days ago and has only been used 3 times. I have tried removing and reinstalling, cleaning with the supplied eraser, restarting the printer (also while removing the battery for 30 seconds), and nothing will get the colour cartridge recognized. Luckily, I can still print using the black cartridge if I remove the colour one. I will be reaching out to customer service to see if the 2 year warranty on this product is legitimate.

This is the first time I’ve had a negative experience with the product received from Shopper +. The colour cartridge is not recognized by my printer. I’ve tried a variety of things to correct this issue - using the supplied eraser to clean the chip side, shutting the printer off and restarting, removing and reinstalling, nothing works and this has rendered my printer useless. Very disappointed.

Very bad, cartidges would not work, customer service just waltz you around in circles, finally scrapped them. will not reorder products from this source.
