Delivery was fast. Looks Great, Easy to assemble. When seated, it sinks down slowly within 7 - 10 minutes and has to be raised up again. Quite annoying especially when you are writing, working on your computer, or on a Conference call. Bottom cushioning flattening down, its not even a week since I got it.

Does not recline back and restricts movement. Assembly of arm rest difficult to line up the screws. I dont think it will last long. Some unclear instructions

The chair came with the plastic holder between the seat and wheels broken in two pieces. The package was pretty beaten up when it arrived.
