I like the chair a lot. My only suggestion is having a cover for the arm rests as they feel cold to the touch. There were a couple of issues due to transportation damages but the company dealt with it swiftly and well.

Great product, not sure about the vinyl quality but conftable.

The chair was easy to assemble with clear instructions. The arms were tricky to line up with ease. But doable. It is comfy but I work remotely so I added an extra cushion to make the seat more comfortable to sit on all day.

Pretty comfy only concern is if the padding will last... Used it for over a week and can already feel a significant difference in the seating area
