Bought it so I wouldn't have to change my existing chair at home. The cushion on my chair was worn through (basically non-existent at this point). Decided to buy this lumbar pillow with a seat cushion and my chair is basically brand new now. The lumbar is super supportive and the straps allow me to fix it to the chair at a good height to support my spine's natural shape (and keep me from hunching forward too much). Haven't really noticed the cool gel too much, but might have to do more with the fact that it's been colder lately.

Very very happy with this product - the straps are adjustable and hence fit snug to any chair or even while driving. Don’t hesitate to purchase it because the same products are 1.5 times expensive on big online retailers.
