And I don’t understand people complaining about the “noise” because it does not have any noise at all except for the water falling sound, which was a bit annoying but you can always take off the top part (that looks like a flower), so the water won’t drop to the. The sponge goes INSIDE the mesh on the motor, which you have to take it off from the water reservoir to see (the motor has suction cups at the bottom so you just need to pull it harder). The only thing I want to complain is it looked dirty when I got it. I’m not sure if it is used by others before. And after 5 days of use, there was some suspicious black powders at the bottom. So wash it constantly.

good foundation, the metal plate definitely makes it louder than other water fountains, wouldn't place it in a bedroom due to this

Good side is the stainless steel tray, bad thing is the fountain itself is still plastic. I found the bottom of the bowl can easily get dirty.

Great fountain but I can't find filter refills anywhere. Would be good to know a list of compatible filters
