I got it as a 'free gift' from their Black Friday lottery/wheel spinning promotion. I have a hard time believing this is naturally rated above 4/5 stars overall. This item is remarkably flimsy and was impossible for me to put together. It consists of two thin plastic side pieces that have small round slots for the 15 thin hollow metal rods. The instructions say to place one plastic side piece of the rack on the floor, insert all 15 rods into it, and then put the other plastic side of the rack on it. Unfortunately, because the plastic is so thin and the rods don't fit into the slots that well, the rods aren't perfectly straight. It was very difficult to even line up 3 rods and there was no way I could align all 15 perfectly. It's been designed so that in order to attach the second side, you must line up all 15 rods perfectly with the holes on it (holes that you can't see while doing that step). So, this item is still sitting on the floor with all the rods sticking out. What a waste. I'm including a photo showing the rods and the inner side of the second plastic piece so the quality is apparent.

I passed almost two hour for to ensamble it.it is very difficult for a one person and with two people too.I disagree it.I don't recommend it.

How bad can a shoe rack be? I thought… this is worse. Super flimsy and shoes that are as high as sneakers even don’t fit. See pic. If I take those shoes out the whole rack comes falling down. I would like to return this but shopper+ is not allowing me to return even though I receive the order couple days ago.
