The measurements listed are accurate, but assembly definitely requires 2 people - the tubes require to be pushed in for installation and it's stiff and a pain in the hands. It's flimsy until you put some shoes on. Other than these points, it's good for what this is for - tight areas with limited space.

Overall it does its job - the initial assembly was a bit tricky to align the two plastic sides to all the metal rods (better to have another person helping you hold in place).
