Ordered two. One arrived with the table top snapped in half. Quality of the one I assembled is "Ok" - three stars. Arranging a return through customer service was easy, but the replacement shipment needed to go to a different address, and that has complicated everything. Despite the address change being requested and agreed to before the broker one was returned, the replacement was still sent to the original address. It's now been 8 days since the reshipping, 22 days since the original order, and the package still isn't delivered. Both addresses are within a 2 hour drive of the ShopperPlus Montreal warehouse. Minus a star for the purchase experience.
