Chair has very sharp mold lines in plastic areas. it hurts, i have habit of seating with feet back. customer service is useless offered me 10% off and told use sand paper to remove those sharp burr. They want me to send back, spend an hour setting up now spend an hour to take part and pack. i dont work for shoppers so i will dispute CC now. Cant spend a day home for fedex come and pick up.
