I've only had it for a week but so far so good. Easy to assemble and didn't notice the problems other reviewers had about the arms being too wobbly and armrests too easy to move. Lumbar support is pretty good. After a week of use, my back and neck are in significantly less pain than my older office chair. This is nice enough that I forget to set my desk to standing mode. Since I can't give half stars, I will say the coaster wheels that are stock are terrible. I will be ordering new wheels for the chair soon.

Very comfortable chair and easy to assemble. I set it up at home for my wife with the adjustable height table and her shoulder and neck pains are gone.
