Good chair but one major issue causing nausea and constant discomfort. The chair itself is great in terms of comfort but the piston its sitting on is not leveled straight causing me to constantly turn left even when I sit. This results in my siting to be sideways and somewhat nauseating, Will inquire with CS to see if this issue can be fixed. If so, this is definitely a 4.5 star chair. Pros: Comfortable firm mesh, nice height on headrest. adjustable arms (somewhat). Lumbar support does not feel like it does anything. Cons: Large dull hard plastic pads for elbows, not levelled piston resulting in me sitting somewhat angled and always turning left (tried on perfectly flat surfaces as well).

There seems to be an imbalance which is now giving me back pains and the seat seems to wobble side ways and is not sturdy.

Très déçu... chaise le plus dispendieuse "moustache" qualité inégale. Base solide, assise confortable. Lombaire ajustable en hauteur et en intensité, ajustement mal fait et on a un morceau de plastique qui nous pousse dans le dos... Pas extra! Les appuies-bras sont confortable mais bouge sans pouvoir les bloqués et sont très bruyants (clic-clic-clic...). Je vais régler le problème avec quelques vis et de la colle, C'est sûr que je n'achèterai plus ce modèle...

I bought it at a discounted price of 300$ still for that price the quality of the chair way does not match. Installation was easy but I doubt the build quality. Plastic looks cheap and as other reviewers mentioned the arm rests are too sensitive. I wouldn’t recommend white colour especially.

Mesh seat is not super confortable for long hours. I’m 6’ tall and the headrest is not ajustable for my hight, I removed it. Big disappointment.
