Excellent chair for the price when on sale. Lots of adjustments and mesh base provides great support. Extremely comfortable. Only complaint is that the arm rests don't lock. I push down on the arm rests to lift myself up and the arm rests slide forward or move sideways. Otherwise absolutely great chair. Recommended it to many friends

Très confortable. Un peu moins quand on fait 1m95. Si l'appuie tête allait 5cm plus hait, ce serait parfait. Autre point qui pourrait améliorer le fauteuil: bloquer le déplacement des accoudoirs. Il pivotent et/ou s'avancent trop facilement en particulier lorsqu'on prend appuis pour changer de position. Il faudrait devoir appuyer sur un bouton pour permettre le réglage. Avec ces 2 améliorations, ce serait la note parfaite :)

Not bad for the price, better than the chairs in the same price range from Staples. Wouldn't recommend for full price or anything above $300, a decent buy if you could get a deal under $250.

Overall I'm pleased with this chair. It feels high quality and is very comfortable. My only complaints are that the armrest adjustments are a bit too sensitive, and that the headrest doesn't go up higher. The headrest height seems appropriate for someone between 5'0" and 5'10" tall.

Initial impressions of this chair were very positive. After 2 years of use however, I have found that overall the chair isn't as comfortable as I'd like. The armrests are comically sensitive to touch for adjustment. The now chair also makes annoying squeaks when you pivot your body weight - even after retightening all bolts!
