    Chaise est exactement ce que je voulais. Par contre c'était clairement une boite déjà ouverte avec une pièce brisée. Je n'ai pas reçu de crédit ou une pièce de rechange depuis 4 mois!!! Je vais changer ma cote à 5 étoiles lorsque ce sera réglé.

      I can give you a full overview as, I have/had this chair for 2 years. First year: its great, it was the right size, comfortable, its was great Second Year: early second year, it started getting old. Recline broke, then slowly it started making noises. Then start tilting towards the front and eventfully it broke. I did try to contact Prim cables but they don't stand behind their product. Basically, this chair is built for light use and if you use it daily its built of 1 year only and that's why the warranty is for 1 year. Put some more money and buy something better which last at least 10 years otherwise you end up paying double the amount just 1-2 years after.

      I bought this chair back in May 2021 and I had fell in love with it. I use this chair everyday for work and for personal use in my office. In November 2021, the back support switch stopped working and the back rest would not lock properly. PrimeCables customer service was impeccable and they had sent me a new unit. This unit was good until September 2023, where it was the same issue from before. The backrest does not lock properly. If you looking for a chair for daily use to work remotely, I would look for another product. I've been through 2 of these chair with normal use for work and personal use and have had the same problem.

        I haven’t received the product yet. So I am writing review regarding delivery process. I don’t believe “ships within 1 business day” at all at this point. Placed the order on 24th June. Order stayed in “processing and awaiting to be packed and shipped” till 29th June. On 29th June it said “packed and waiting to be shipped”. I wanted to buy a better version of chair so decided to call customer care and cancel the order but they said its been shipped opposite of what site said. On 30th I got mail from canpar with the tracking details. Today is July 3rd and I still haven’t got the order. Now I don’t think i’ll say no to the chair during delivery and go through hassle of ordering again and waiting for 10 days.

          The chair is uncomfortable. - Lumbar support sticks out too far - Headrest is an inch too low - Can't lean forward It feels as though the chair was designed to people under 5'7, and if you are above 6'0 it becomes far too uncomfortable.

            Bonjour, Mes commentaires: J'ai mal à la ceinture. Le siège et le dossier bombés (ronds) de la chaise me rend inconfortable et me propulse vers l'avant. C'est trop rigide pour être confortable. Une très mauvaise expérience avec cette chaise ergonomique. J'aurais préféré un modèle à siège plat. Merci pour votre attention.
