Bought November 2022, and by Feb 2024 it is now a paperweight. Was good when it worked but it didn't last too long. Handle and lid broke over time just with use, and now if it's not watched will continue boiling the water until a fire starts.

Large capacity. Very loud.

It is fine except that it is decidedly not "cool touch". Double stainless steel wall or not, you could fry an egg on it after boiling water. I am doubtful that you should advertise it as cool touch – in my view you could be opening yourself to liability.

Solid built, but I don’t like it doesn’t have the water level indicator

This Electric Kettle is nice but is too tall for a 1.5 L kettle.
