Sit-Stand Dual-Motor Height Adjustable Electric Gaming Frame (Included Table Top) Black PrimeCables®
Not bad for a complete product. I set this up by myself, though it recommends two people. Everything required is included, but there are some things to note which will cause confusion and some wasted time. The table top and the instructions lose points. It's great the table top folds for easier shipping and handling, and there are preset inserts/holes for the bolts and screws for easier installation. The screw holes are really difficult to spot. The alignments for the bolt and screw inserts/holes are accurate, but it is obvious the table top is used for other desk frames, and you have to figure out which holes to use (use the most outside bolt inserts for this product). There is ONLY ONE way to correctly set up the table. Again for the bolts, the silver bolts included in the frame (marked as "A" group) to use in the table top inserts don't work, as they are too short and won't thread with the silicon washer in place. They will work without the washers though. Oddly enough, the table top came with the correct length bolts, and are black, use these. The instructions are about 80% workable, they miss out on some details, there are some mislabels, directions on how to adjust the length of the frame (4 screws on each side near center frame hold the extender bar in place), and the placement of the control unit (different spot than noted in instructions, and it disappears in later steps too), the shape and direction the washers should be. Also, according to the final design, the control box unit and the memory controller interface are to be placed on the same side (front)... which could cause your knee to hit the control box if sitting. I drilled in new holes for the memory controller interface on the opposite side to use as the front (also because the table top became damaged in the corner somehow. See photos for details. Overall, a decent product, I will probably replace the table top, depending on performance. I have another, much higher quality dual-motor standing desk (150kg max lift load) that I paid roughly $500 CAD total for the frame (steal of a deal), and installed a solid 2 inch wood table top to which I can compare.
Desk size is good for at home and I am very happy with it. Would have got 5 stars had it not been for the following: 1. while simple to assemble, instructions are not as clearly written/drawn as they should be 2. One part is miss-labeled in the instructions 3. Some holes on the table top do not line up with the holes in the frame 4. the little rubber washers that are supposed to go between the frame and table top were not usable for 2 reasons 1) the bolt is too short, so when the rubber washer is in place, the bolts don't reach the anchors in the table top and 2) the washers have a little neck on them that don't fit into the anchor and if you put them in the frame you can't get the bolt through it. 5. The product description when I had ordered it did not mention that the table top was 2 pieces. The description has been updated to state this after I ordered it. It does not impact the use of the desk, and is not really noticeable, so this is a minor concern.
it took me a long time to find the opportunity and location to assemble this desk. when I did assemble it I discovered that the frame and the top, although sold is a set, don't actually match. the frame has eight locations to install screws to hold the desk safely and securely. the desktop has eight locations for screws. the problem is you can never install more than four of the screws because the connection points do not line up no matter how you position the desktop. the instructions for both of the pieces make it clear you need to install all the screws and I can confirm with only a few of them the desktop will not hold weight properly. it can't be trusted to hold my expensive monitor. support said I need to go buy my own screws and screw them directly into the wood top.
It looks good and worth the price. I got it four months ago, so far it works well and goes smoothly up and down. The desktop is easy to clean.
Good
Works really well
