        I ordered two magenta replacement toner cartridges, first one installed showed low density on my printer screen when installed, tried the second one, same thing …low density, printer would not work and I am held hostage as all toner cartridges require to be functional to operate the printer. Unfortunately this happened once before, I question the quality control and I am requesting a replacement for these two toner cartridges.

          Great value. Works as well and lasts as long as the original toner cartridges from Dell for a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended!
