Great quality. The template is way off, i wouldn't really use it. caused me to drill some unnecessary holes

Sturdy, relatively easy install with the right tools. Best suited for garage or utility room. Was able to install by myself and I'm not particularly handy.

Shelves appear to be sturdy although a little shallow

Second time buying this rack. When on sale with a discount it's probably cheaper than building shelves from wood! The only improvements I'd make to this product are similar to my previous comment: spacing in the horizontal shelves smaller / more solid horizontal shelves; add black caps to cover the lag bolts and washers which are silver and stand out against the black or just provide black lag bolts and washers; and perhaps use something other than the velcro straps to fix the horizontal shelves to the arm brackets. These could be fixed I guess with diy solutions but then would add to the cost. Overall good though.
