Used it for 1 week overall. The mouvement is small enough to let you work without being disturbed and the thick foam mat helps for comfort. I would have liked it to be a bit more challanging with a front/back mouvement.

I find that the outside of my feet feel sore from the pressure of the curve when standing at my desk. To avoid the pain, I have to stand with my feet together, like in the product photos, which is not my normal stance. Now, I'm using it as a light exercise device by standing and then rocking from side-to-side.

It may be good but it wasn't something that I need it right now. Therefore, I have returned it.
